Seeds 7–12 miss the playoffs and instead play the league's real "losers bracket" — a reverse-elimination tree where you advance by losing. Round 1's two winners have escaped for good; its two losers face the 11/12-seed byes in Round 2; and the two Round 2 losers meet in the Consolation Final, whose loser is crowned Mundane Randy — the league's last-place trophy.
